Double Girder EOT Crane
We are a well-established manufacturer of Double Girder EOT cranes with double girders, that find application for the purpose of lifting & transporting the loads over 10 T and for span of more than 25 m. Comprising of 2 torsion-free box girders, these EOT cranes such as double girder EOT cranes, traveling EOT cranes, material handling EOT cranes etc.
Wheel Assemblies:
Trolley crane wheels are straight treaded, double flanged steel wheels on anti-friction roller bearing in special L – Type bearing blocks. Open gear & Pinion type wheels also used.
Power Supply System:
To hoist cross traverse through trailing cables to long travel through trailing cables / MS Angle Iron Conductor / Shrouded the DSL Bus bar conductors to customer’s choice.
Cross Traverse Mechanism:
Wheel driven by electric motor through totally enclosed, oil immersed gear box, floating shafts, flexible geared coupling drive for input & output connections.
Long Traverse Mechanism:
Single / Twin drive by electric motor through horizontal / vertical gear box. Flexible geared coupling drive of input & output connections.
Limit Switches:
The hoisting / lowering motion is prevented from overshooting the pre-determined range by one rotary type limit switches, one counter weight limit switch, for the Cross & Long Traverse motion lever type limit switches are provided.
